Shipping Information:
 
We ship all merchandise via United Parcel Service (UPS)Ground Service, or the US Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. Handcraft Maiden reserves the right to choose the most appropriate shipping company. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for your order to arrive. Items are not shipped on weekends. Shipping and handling cost is included in all prices.
 
Although orders are processed within 1-2 business days, shipping times may vary depending on type of shipment and the final destination of the package. The best guide for actual shipping schedules are from the shippers. Please see the - United States Postal Service Web Site or the - United Parcel Service Web Site.
 
Handcraft Maiden is not responsible for late or lost packages resulting from an incorrect address. If the package is returned to us and you wish to have it re-shipped, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge. If you decide not to have the package re-shipped, you will be refunded for the product amount.  Please! Review your email confirmation as soon as you receive it to make sure the 'ship to' address is correct. Email us immediately to advise us of an address correction.
 
Shipments via United Parcel Service are insured up to $100. If a package is damaged or tampered within shipment, you must save the box and all contents for UPS to honor your claim. If the package is missing, the package tracking number is needed to initiate a claim. You will receive a copy of the tracking number when your package is shipped. We will also keep the tracking numbers on file.
 
At Handcraft Maiden we do our best to securely package your items. However,  in the rare event that something gets damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately with a full description of the damage(s) caused by faulty packaging. In most cases we will replace the item with an alternate selection of equal value.
 
 
 
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
 
Within fifteen (15) days of purchase, an item may be returned for replacement due to a defect. Merchandise must be returned with the original receipt or proof-of-purchase. Because most pieces are one of a kind, a returned piece can only be replaced with a similar item of your choice. If item is not available, the customer may choose another item of equal value. If an item of greater value is selected, the retail difference and applicable sales tax, if any, will be charged.
 
Slight irregularities and variations often occur in natural stones. Varied shape, color, and inclusions of an item is considered a natural characteristic of the stone, or  uniqueness of the individualized hand craftsmanship of the product, and should not be viewed as a defect.
 
Our return and exchange policy does not cover normal wear and tear.
 
An item may be returned for exchange or refund with accompanying original receipt or proof of purchase, provided the item is being returned in new condition. However, when applicable, your shipping charges are non-refundable.
 
Handcraft Maiden is not responsible for orders not claimed after delivery of said orders,  or due to late correspondence. The time frame is 30 days for US states and territories.
